Legal Clinic (TLC)

Provides free immigration legal services to Hawaiʻi residents whose total annual household income is no more than 200% of the current federal poverty level. TLC offers assistance with various immigration matters, including citizenship applications, asylum petitions, family reunification, removal defense (against deportation), DACA renewals, and COFA citizen documentation. TLC’s mission is to ensure justice for low-income immigrants and migrants in Hawai’i through high-quality immigration legal services, education, and advocacy.
