The state laws are passed by the Hawai’i State Legislature, which consists of the Hawai’i House of Representatives and the Hawai’i Senate. The Hawai’i State Legislature provides the most updated online resource for Hawai’i Revised Statutes (HRS), including session laws and other legislative information. You can also find both standard and annotated hard copy volumes of HRS at the Supreme Court Law Library.
