• Low-cost off-site access to electronic or paper copies of Hawaiʻi statutes, acts, and committee reports, that are not readily available online, including old statutes – Please see Document Delivery for options.
• Self-service photo-copying and printing at $0.15/page.
• Legal materials, including manuals and forms.

  Directs people with legal problems in Hawaiʻi to helpful legal resources and referrals.
• HOP: Hawaii Online Pro-Bono
  A legal advice web site where people who qualify can email their civil legal questions and receive free legal answers from a volunteer attorney.
• Legal Line Hotline 537-1868 (Oʻahu)
  On Wednesdays from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm, volunteer attorneys will answer phone calls from the public about legal issues.
